The Ashuelot Park building has 4 loading docks as well as a large fenced in area for outdoor storage, with gate keepers on staff Monday through Friday from 6:00AM - 6:00PM.

Ashuelot Park LLC offers leasing of office, manufacturing, warehousing and storage space ready for occupancy with minimal cosmetic work.

We offer winter Storage areas for boats, campers, motorcycles and cars, as well as summer storage for snowmobiles.

Ashuelot Park is less than a 1/2 mile from Route 8 and sixteen miles from Interstate 90 (Mass Pike). We are within 2 miles of restaurants, shopping areas, banking, daycare, outdoor trails and personal services.
